The 4chan post recently revealed some possible details from the final battle of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness which reads the following:

Doctor Strange's Defenders team during the final battle will consist of himself, Wong, Clea, America Chavez, Rintrah, Captain Carter, Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, Magik, Quicksilver, Ghost Rider, Wolverine, Ikaris, Human Torch, Thor (Natasha Romanoff), Invisible Woman and Jean Grey.

They will battle Wanda and an army of demons and mindless ones being controlled by her.

The fight will be very similar to that of The Battle of Sokovia.
